Jennifer Sharpe, CWP, CMP is Senior Catering Sales Manager for the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin and Swan Reserve, where she leads the Local and Social Catering team. With more than 30 years in hospitality and nearly 20 years in weddings and events, she has built a career with renowned brands including Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings, The Ritz-Carlton, JW Marriott, and Hyatt Grand Cypress. Jennifer is a Certified Wedding Planner, Certified Meeting Planner, and Certified Sommelier who is recognized for her expertise in luxury events, client relations, and hospitality leadership. She is an active industry advocate, speaker, and community volunteer dedicated to creating exceptional experiences and lasting connections.
Taylor Sachs is a graduate of the Rosen College of Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida and has over five years of hospitality and wedding experience. She has planned and executed a variety of events throughout her career, servicing organizations like Universal Orlando Resort and Little Gem Resorts in Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts. Before joining the team, Taylor was the Meetings & Special Events Manager for The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch.
Maddie Lunn has spent the last five years at the Swan and Dolphin as an Event Manager, planning and servicing conferences and conventions, before moving to the Wedding Team. Maddie graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Event Management and discovered her passion for weddings while interning with a boutique wedding planning company during college. Outside of her professional career, she is actively involved with Delta Gamma and serves in multiple leadership roles for the Central Florida Alumnae Chapter. She loves bringing people together, creating meaningful experiences, and helping celebrate life’s most special moments.
